Bicycle leg extensions can really amp up your core workout. I like to do a series of 10 slower reps, grabbing the outside of the knee and really working to contract my core. Making sure to keep your legs extended as long as possible and off the ground, raise your shoulders with your eyes to the ceiling. Keep everything off the ground and switch legs. For added intensity, place your hand behind your head and twist opposite knee to elbow.
