Led by our Chief Stylist—and Chief Motivator—Ginger Ressler, the Fabletics Squad is here to show that real workouts can be real fun (and have real results), no matter your size, shape, age or ability level. We got to know the members of the squad a little better by chatting about their favorite workouts, their fitness goals and the cheat foods they can’t do without!

GINGER RESSLER

Favorite Workout: I like everything that keeps my heart rate going and my blood pumping.

Favorite Workout Song: Oh! I’m obsessed with the Sia and Kendrick Lamar song, The Greatest. I can hear Sia cheering me on, “Don’t give up… no no no…”

Favorite Cheat Food: I hate the word cheat… Honestly, I think that everything in moderation is the way to go! A little treat here and there can even help keep you on track. I know it’s not the best, but I can’t resist an ice cold fizzing glass of Coke. I even got a “share a Coke” with Fabletics on it!

What’s something unexpected about you (that we couldn’t tell from looking at you)?
I’m so focused on form, that I’ve never had an injury. Knock on wood.

How do you take care of yourself to feel your best?
I try to have a healthy life balance. I make sure to spend time with my family and friends, but try to carve out some time for myself too. Whether it’s getting my daily work out or a much needed day at the spa.

What do you love about motivating other women?
There’s nothing like seeing someone glow after accomplishing their goals. Bringing women together to reach their goals AND having a ton of fun together in the process always gets the best results (and puts a smile on your face).

What do you love about your body? Why?
My chest! Just kidding, my heart! Living a healthy and active lifestyle is great for keeping your heart rate going, but remembering to be humble and caring is another exercise for you heart.

What is your ultimate fitness goal?
The thing about goals, is that you constantly have to move them. You can always improve and work hard to achieve new personal records. Fitness can be achieved by anyone; you just work hard towards what YOU can accomplish.

What does Fabletics mean to you?
Fabletics has been a personal journey for me. I’ve walked with the brand from day one. Through my workouts and even through my pregnancy. It’s a genuine community of women who have come together to celebrate feeling good and looking amazing in everyday life.

What’s something unexpected about you (that we couldn’t tell from looking at you)?
I can’t speak Spanish.

How do you take care of yourself to feel your best?
Well, I try to eat healthy but I’ve been known to sneak a treat or two. I usually only drink water and if I can’t get a workout in, I go for a walk. But my favorite thing to do is visiting the Korean Spa!

What do you enjoy about working out with other women?
I always feel more motivated in a class setting or when I have other women kicking butt with me!

How did Ginger inspire and encourage you during your session?
Just look at her! How could you not be inspired?

What do you love about your body? Why?
I love my curves because I’ve learned they’re something I should be proud of! As long as I’m healthy, I’m happy.

What is your ultimate fitness goal?
My ultimate fitness goal is to master a single, proper pull-up. But overall, I just want more strength and power. I’d like to know I could defend myself if I ever had to.

What does Fabletics mean to you?
I love all the colors and fun prints they’ve come up with. But they aren’t just cute to look at, they’re super comfy and flattering too!

Favorite Workout: I love using resistance bands and weight training.

Favorite Cheat Food: I have a serious sweet tooth! At the moment I love sorbet with cereal.

What’s something unexpected about you (that we couldn’t tell from looking at you)?
I love to scuba dive!

How do you take care of yourself to look and feel your best?
Most importantly, I try to make time for myself. Life can get pretty busy these days but I’ve come to realize how important it is to make time for myself no matter what. Even if it’s just 10 minutes a day. Every morning I like to stretch before starting my day so I can slow down and think about what I have ahead of me.

What do you enjoy about working out with other women?
I LOVE working out with other women; it’s more fun when you work out with friends. We joke around and have fun but also challenge and motivate each other.

How did Ginger inspire and encourage you during your session?
Working out with Ginger was an amazing experience! She is a POWER WOMAN, a mother, a badass trainer and her body is insane. She’s a tough cookie but extremely supportive and motivating.

What do you love about your body? Why?
I have to say, I’ve finally reached a point in my life where I can say I LOVE my body! All of it, every inch, stretch mark, bump and scar. There’s no point disliking anything about your body, I find that loving myself and my body makes me want to be my best self.

What is your ultimate fitness goal?
For me, it’s not about getting to a certain weight or size, it’s about being strong. I love feeling how powerful my legs and core are, and the more I work out. the more I’m aware of how powerful I really am.

What does Fabletics mean to you?
I love that I can wear Fabletics out and about; it’s great to work out in but I also feel comfortable wearing it to meet up with friends or go shopping. It’s comfortable, subtly sexy and I feel great wearing it! The Salar leggings are my favorite; the fit is perfect. I also love the details in the sports bras! It’s rare that I can find sports bras that are stylish and also functional.

What’s something unexpected about you (that we couldn’t tell from looking at you)?
I’m completely deaf in my left ear.

How do you take care of yourself to look and feel your best?
Taking some time each morning to read/pray/mediate/write keeps me feeling connected to myself and my goals. It’s the key to a really great day. Eating well and working out are so much easier when I do this first. And eating well and sweating make me feel good! Also… red lipstick and mascara.

What do you enjoy about working out with other women?
Getting stronger is a challenge for every person no matter their fitness level. It’s inspiring to be around people who are willing to be slightly uncomfortable for a brief period of time in order to become stronger and healthier. Even though Ginger and I are at (ahem) slightly different fitness levels, it probably isn’t any easier for her to get up and work out that it is for me. If she can do it, I can do it. I see someone trying something new and am inspired to give a shot as well.

How did Ginger inspire and encourage you during your session?
Ginger is a great coach. Her approach is all about working with your current abilities, setting small, attainable goals for yourself and consistently working towards them. She celebrates with you when you crush a workout and she is encouraging and non-judgmental if you have an off day where you just CAN’T, and like, you remember pizza exists.

What do you love about your body? Why?
I like showing off my arms and back. Fabletics has great options for that.

What is your ultimate fitness goal?
I can have an “all or nothing” mentality when it comes to working out and eating well. Ultimately, I’d love to master moderation. I have a feeling that building up a mindfulness practice might be as important as hitting the gym and spending more time cooking in the kitchen.

What does Fabletics mean to you?
I wear Fabletics nearly every day. The clothes are well made, the material is soft and comfortable, and the colors and prints are always really cool. I love the black and blue zebra print leggings. I wear them to work with heels and a long black silk button-down (with lipstick, of course).
