
When it comes to summer, I always find myself wanting to be outdoors as much as possible, and that goes for my workouts too. Whatever kind of routine I’m doing, there’s just something about being in the sunlight and fresh air that keeps me extra motivated and makes me want to keep going as long as possible (because when it’s so beautiful out, who wants to go back inside?) In the spirit of summer, here are a few moves of the moment that I’ve been doing (and loving) outside.
