Wednesday Workout: Legs


We’re bringing the workout to you with 3 exercises you should get in before the end of the day.  This week we’re working out legs and The Thigh Shaker, The Butt Lifter, and The Dancer’s Squat will get your legs toned up in no time.  We’re getting our lower body strong before the holiday ruckus begins!

    The thigh shaker looks like something that would be perfect to do in an office environment! I find myself in a slump both mid-morning and mid-afternoon and am always looking for inconspicuous activities like this to get my blood flowing while I’m in my cubicle.
