A Note From Kate: Mixing up your workout routine


How do you mix up your workouts? Growing up in Colorado really set the tone for what I now enjoy doing as far as my workouts are concerned. I get bored really easily if I’m doing the same thing, so it’s essential for me to change up my workouts! In Colorado, we were always getting into new things, whether it was skiing, biking through the mud, or running through the trails near our house.

I love living in LA because I always have the option of working out indoors or outdoors. Working out with my girlfriends always gets me motivated. It’s my favorite way to get fit because it gives you the opportunity to get your sweat on and spend some QT with the ladies you love! Whether it’s hiking, running, spinning, dancing, or cross training, my girls and I always find a way to mix things up and get moving!
