Helpful hint: When doing these exercises, I prefer a weighted ball, but a stability ball or any type of ball will do the trick, too.[/tps_header]
These are all about quick feet and balance. Place the ball in front of your toes. Now, without letting the ball roll away, quickly tap each foot onto the top of the ball. Aim to complete this for 4 sets of 30 seconds with only 20 seconds of rest in between.
