The Hiking Essentials You’ll Need This Summer


While you may only be hiking for less than an hour, water is a necessity. You will lose water through perspiration and increased breath while hiking, so having a water bottle or reservoir with you is important. Learning to love water? Bring a supplement with electrolytes to add to your bottle (like nuun Tri-berry!), or add a few slices of lemon and basil leaves for a refreshing twist.
