1. Begin standing with your feet together with both hands in front of the chest.

2. Take a giant step out to your right with your right leg, landing with your knee bent to absorb the impact.

3. Push off the right foot and return to starting position.

4. Repeat 10 times on the right and 10 times on the left.

    Hello Everyone and Kate 🙂

    Love everything about Fabletics….affordable, attractive athletic wear, informative articles on the website, etc.  I will be having surgery in August and in a few months will look to purchase….can’t wait.  A big “go girl” to all who work out regularly (I do aquatic 3-4 x week and love it..right now limited due to IT band and sciatic nerve issues).  Kate’s community/movement goal is great!  This is so positive and inspiring 🙂
