Just learned how to do this at age 60, finally gave my permission to live my life regardless of what other people thought.  I started running and now two years later I have started running races and I have won 8 in my age group and I am getting ready to run my first 10K much to peoples displeasure.  Amen Kate, stop waiting for approval go for life instead.
