Stand with your feet in a wide second position. Your feet should be wider than shoulder width apart and your toes should be slightly turned out. As you squat down, push your knees apart and place your little one in a seated position on one thigh. Pulse up an inch and twist your upper body to move him/her to the other leg, squatting down an inch. Squat and twist 6 times, then take a small breather and repeat.
