Tone Up Tip: Beach Yoga Workout


[tps_title]Moving High Lunge[/tps_title]
From downward facing dog, step your left foot all the way forward between your hands. Lift your upper body and reach your arms overhead. Keeping the back leg straight, inhale and straighten the front knee. As you exhale, bend the front knee deeply. Inhale to straighten, exhale to bend. Complete 5 reps, then plant your hands back down and step your front foot back to downward facing dog. Repeat with the right leg forward. (If linking the postures, go straight into Warrior 3 Toe Tap before changing legs).
