Tone Up Tip: Beach Yoga Workout

From downward facing dog, step your left foot forward between your hands (or if linking the postures, from High Lunge, shift your weight forward onto your left leg). Lift your right leg parallel to the ground while keeping your right hip, knee and toes facing down. Hips should be level. Actively reach the arms back and up to engage the triceps. As you inhale, tap your right toes down, and as you exhale, lift the leg back up to parallel. Tap down, inhale. Lift up, exhale. Repeat for 5 breaths (5 reps) and step back into a high lunge, then to downward facing dog. Repeat on the second side.
