Tone Up Tip: Beach Yoga Workout

From downward facing dog, shift forward into plank, inhaling. Bend the elbows to a 90 degree angle (no lower), keeping them next to the torso. Press right back up to plank as you exhale. Keep the eyes focused on a point just in front of the hands and keep the navel drawn in as if you were trying to hold a marble in it while doing the pushups. If needed, modify by keeping the knees down, but make sure that the hips don’t stick up in the air. The body should stay in plank the whole time, whether legs are straight or knees are down on the ground. Complete for 5 reps.
