Tone Up Tip: Beach Yoga Workout


[tps_title]Side Plank Hip Lifts[/tps_title]
From plank pose, press into the left hand and turn to the outside of the left foot. The right foot can be stacked over the left, staggered in front, or stepped in front of the left leg for more assistance. With the body in a straight line, right (top) shoulder and head pressing back, inhale. As you exhale, press the hips a little higher. Inhale, return to side plank and exhale with the hips pressed up 2-3 inches. Complete 5 reps and return to plank before moving to the other side.
