A sweet and creamy summer treat.
What you’ll need:
1 can coconut milk
2 cups fresh raspberries (frozen overnight)
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 cup fresh pitted dates
What to do:
In a food processor, combine coconut milk, raspberries, agave nectar and half of the dates.
Blend to soft serve consistency then add the remaining dates and blend until dates are chopped. Serve immediately.
