How to Celebrate National Friendship Week

Go for a trail run, take a yoga or Barre class, enjoy a hike, or grab a paddleboard. It’s always better to have a girlfriend by your side when you’re working up a sweat!

Find a local photographer that will capture some shots of you and your besties. In 20 years, it will be fun to look back and talk about how fabulous you looked when you were in your prime!

Hit up your local farmers market and grab your favorite ingredients for a healthy and delicious lunch. Head home to cook and laugh together.

    None of my friends go to yoga…gets lonely out there
