PELVIC LIFT WITH KNEE PRESS
- Lie on your back and place both feet hip distance apart.
- Raise your heels as high as possible and place arms straight by your side.
- Lift your butt up as high as possible, and squeeze your knees tightly together.
- Open your knees, then lower your butt down.
- Repeat 30 times.
