PELVIC LIFT WITH KNEE PRESS

  • Lie on your back and place both feet hip distance apart.
  • Raise your heels as high as possible and place arms straight by your side.
  • Lift your butt up as high as possible, and squeeze your knees tightly together.
  • Open your knees, then lower your butt down.
  • Repeat 30 times.
