I happen to have a living space set up on my roof, and I love to use it for working out to take advantage of the end-of-summer weather before it’s gone. Below is a quick workout sequence that can be done in the comfort of your home – no equipment necessary.[/tps_header]
1. Twisty Warrior: start by getting into warrior 3 pose. Lift your left leg up behind you, extend the arms, and bring your upper body parallel to the floor. Keep the core engaged and your standing knee soft. Use your balance to bring your left knee forward to a 90 degree position, and rotate the upper body to the left with your right hand behind your head for a standing oblique twist. Try 20 reps on each side.
