Elevate elbows and bend at a 90 degree angle holding weights in hand. Stand with feet wider than hips distance and toes turned out. Lower the hips down and drive the weight into the heels. Resume to starting position and press arms overhead. Repeat 20 reps with 5lb dumbbells.
