
3) TRX Single Arm Row with Trunk Rotation: Hold onto a TRX strap with one hand and walk back until your body is at a 45-degree angle. While the arm holding the TRX strap is straight, keep your feet straight and shoulder-width. Turn your torso toward your open arm, rotate your torso back to where your body is straight, and pull yourself up into a body-weight row with the TRX arm.
