2) Standing Body Weight (or with an item found around the house that is similar to a light weight): Do reverse flies with a slight bend in your knees, hinge over at the hip until your torso is parallel to the ground. With your arms hanging down and straight, raise them up to side until they look like wings while pinching your shoulder blades together.
