This combo is a classic PMS temptation and it’s easy to see why. The salt brings out the sweetness of the chocolate even more and each bite tastes better than the last. While a premium brownie is going to cost you around 400 calories, you can get a similar flavor experience for far fewer calories.
Have: Chocolate Pretzels:
Drizzle 10 mini unsalted pretzels with ½ ounce of semisweet or dark chocolate, melted, then top with ¼ teaspoon sea salt flakes. Transfer them to the freezer for about 30 minutes to harden. Calories: 130
Bonus: After a major sweat sesh, you can feel good about replacing the sodium you lost with natural sea salt.
