EASY AS PIE HOLIDAY WORKOUTS

And, while you might not make it to the gym as much as you’d like, there’s still hope! Below are a few quick workouts centered around popular holiday activities, so you can make your list and check it twice at the same time.[/tps_header]

Dinner Table Dips
Setting the table for your holiday party? Take a breather and pull up a chair to tone those triceps. Sit on the edge of a chair with your feet together and the heels of your hands at either side of your legs. Press down with your hands and lift your butt up and forward. Keeping your feet flat, bend your elbows and lower yourself toward the floor, making sure to keep your tummy tight while supporting your weight with your arms. Come back to where you started. Do 3 sets of 10-20 reps.

Twerk and Trim
Nothing says FUN or CARDIO like a good shimmy session! Put on your favorite upbeat music as you trim the tree, and dance your butt off as you make your home a vision of Pinterest perfection. Tip: Get low! A little twerk does the booty and legs some good!
