Day 1: A Partridge in a Pear Tree. Go climb a tree! Too much snow on the trees? Get on all 4s and climb anywhere, even on the floor! Climbing requires the upper and lower body to work in synergistic, dynamic ways. It’s a very effective functional movement pattern to build strength, gain mobility and test your agility!
Move: Climb Crawl – Get on all 4s and activate your entire torso. Simultaneously move one hand and one foot up about 6-8” as you transfer your body weight, then move the opposite limbs to match for progression across the floor. Keep hips in line with the shoulders for an extra strength crawl!
