5 Apps to Achieve Your 2015 Fitness Goals

[tps_header]Your phone is with you 24/7, so why not use it to workout and track your fitness progress? Take advantage of advanced technology and let it help you stick with your resolutions and obtain your goals. I’ve compiled a list of 5 powerful apps that’ll help make 2015 your best fitness year yet.[/tps_header]

  1. Zova app: The Zova app gives you workouts on your phone to do anywhere. Every workout is curated by fitness professionals, and is uniquely synced to a rhythmic beat. So cool, right? Moving rhythmically helps you work at a challenging pace, and distracts you from the burn. Bonus: I created 2 workouts for this app – Rockin’ Solid and Cardio Core-click to get direct access to both of them.

  1. Vimify App: What do you get when you bring fitness enthusiasts, a fitness coach, and a place to track your daily workouts all in one app? Results. Vimify – meaning Vitality in Latin – will push you further than you ever thought possible. Launching in January, this brand-new app takes fitness challenges to a whole new level. I’m super excited to reveal that I will be debuting my GET STRETCHY™ 14-Day Stretching and Mobility Program on this app, too! I specifically designed this program for busy people who need to mobilize their joints and increase their flexibility to maintain a healthy, young body. GET STRETCHY™ includes 2 – 10 minute videos (1 morning mobility video, and 1 evening stretch). Everyday I will check in with you, provide a fitness tip, answer your questions, and give you encouragement to stick with it. What’s more? Halfway through the 2 weeks, I will hold a live Q&A session to answer questions and discuss your progress. Click the link to get exclusive access to the app! (Vimify App). If you miss the first session on January 12, this link will direct you to future dates.
