It’s time to officially welcome swimsuit season. Everyone wants to look and feel great during the summer months, right? Well the best way to do so is by focusing on building endurance and strength. Here’s a quick routine that you can do multiple times a week:
Depending on your fitness level, complete this circuit every other day. Make it challenging and fun by attempting to beat your completion time or the number of rounds it took you to compete a given exercise.
For beginners, push-ups can be done on your knees.
To take the body squat and alternating standing lunge to the next level, hold weights (or a gallon water jug!) close to your chest while performing the exercise.
