  1. Upward Rotation Goal Posts- Stand with feet shoulder distance apart. Bend elbows to a 90-degree angle, and lift arms to shoulder height, like field goal posts. Rotate the arms forward and then back up, pulling the shoulder blades down. Repeat 12-15 times with 2-5 lb. dumbbells. Trainer tip: Make sure the abdominals are engaged so the ribs don’t swing forward and back.
