1. Lateral Lunge to Curtsey Lunge– Sit back as you bend your right knee and slide the towel to the left. With a straight left leg, return to standing position and slide your left leg behind your right leg into a curtsey lunge. Be sure to keep your hips square when you curtsey and the weight in your heels as you lunge. Repeat on the other side.
