Arm workout | Fabletics BlogSide Lying Tricep Push-Ups: Laying on your left side, wrap your left arm around your right rib like you’re hugging yourself. Your right hand will be flat on the floor in front of your chest. Use your triceps to lift the top half of your body off the ground, then back down to the floor.

Complete 20 reps on each side.
