Arch Holds – AKA “The Superman Hold”
Lie on your stomach, stretch your arms over head, and zip your legs together. Lift your arms and legs up into a shallow boat shape by reaching your arms and shoulders forward and up, and reaching your toes and legs back and up. Squeeze your glutes as if your life depends on it. Channel your inner gymnast. Hold for as long as possible.
