A Note From Kate: Switching Up My Spring Workout Routine

Although I’ve only experienced it in little bits and pieces, this winter has been especially rough, which will make it even more exciting when the weather breaks. When I’m in London or New York and the seasons start to change, I definitely find myself getting outside more and doing workouts such as biking and jogging.

Wherever I am, I find that the change of seasons (particularly winter to spring) is the best time to cleanse. Similar to the concept of spring cleaning, don’t just clean out your closet, but clean your body from the inside out. I’ve found that elimination cleanses help me to recharge, and coupled with workouts where I really sweat it out (typically hot yoga building up to rigorous cardio), I go into the next season feeling refreshed and ready to go.
