Garnish with whatever you like! Avocado is an absolute must in my book – for taste and its boost of potassium. Cilantro is great for digestion and a kick of flavor. If you’re not worried about dairy, you can also top it with a small scoop of goat cheese or Greek yogurt for an extra tangy flavor. And it tastes delicious with a big glass of raw coconut water, too!
