    You know what would be awesome?  If you have a tab on the website that featured the outfits posted on Instagram.  The last time I ordered, I had to toggle back and forth between your site and my Instagram account because one of the outfits featured on Instagram was NOT a featured outfit on your website.  I hate trying to piece together the outfits I like from Instagram on the website because it is slow and cumbersome.  It would also be awesome if some of the monthly outfits were the same as featured on Instagram, and maybe flagged with a “Instagram Outfit” designation.  I love your clothes, but it is very frustrating that the outfits I fall in love with on Instagram are NOT easy to locate and order on your website, and don’t seem to ever be monthly selection.  Or if they are from the monthly selections, there is nothing that makes it easy to identify as an outfit featured on Instagram.

    That being said, I’m still willing to endure my monthly frustration when ordering because I love your clothes and count down the days until the 1st so that I can place my order!

    I fell in love with the ombre tights in the dark blue and navy but couldn’t find my size.  Now they are not featured on the site.  Is Fabletics going to bring them back??

    Oh, I am going to be all over that mosaic print! I just received some 2014 Nike Flyknit Max shoes with these colors. What’s the deal with the pre-order? Some items on the website are pre-order. Can we not pre-order these? I need to have all mosaic print pieces in my size. The early bird gets the mosaic goodies!

    @Roberta the ombre Salar capri and legging were from our August 2014 Collection and have since sold out. We will not be restocking them as new styles are introduced every month. We’re happy to share that navy styles are coming your way, stay tuned!

    with our development team. We feature a mix of outfit photos, individual
    pieces, fan and Master Trainer photos, all to inspire you to mix and match your
    favorite fitness pieces. Style names are
    included on Instagram posts, you may use the search bar to find the styles you
    love. However, if a style is sold out, you will not be able to search for it. In
    addition to shopping outfits, you may shop individual pieces. Hope you’re

    Fabletics Fabletics VIP Member customers BEWARE! Fabletics has changed their Rewards program and it is totally crappy! Instead of a free outfit for reaching 1,000 points, they have changed it to a “piece” of an outfit for 2,000 points. I logged in today to purchase my free outfit with my newly earned 1,000 credits to see I had 2,000 credits. No big deal until I clicked to redeem.  That’s when I saw the HORROR! I called customer service because surely, this doesn’t apply to me. I earned my 1,000 points before this change. The rep I got was so uncaring and disconnected, it was offensive. She tells me that the Rewards program was changed on 4/14/15 at 12 noon (PST, I guess). I explain that since I earned my credits before the program was changed, those customers that earned their 1,000 points prior to the change should be grandfathered into the old rewards program. She, very uncaringly says, “No. You have to select from the options listed.” I said, “Well, your website still has references to getting a free outfit once you reach 1,000 points. So, technically, you are false advertising.” She says “it will be changed soon.” So, after going back and forth with her a few times over this foolishness, I said “Well, just cancel my membership because this does not make any sense. Just so I’m clear, after my membership is canceled, I will still have access to my points?” She says no and I will lose my points once I cancel. I replied, “Your website states that we have access to our points for up to 12 months after they are earned. Again, miss…false advertising.”  I’m so disgusted with @Fabletics right now. They have managed to take a faithful, monthly purchasing member into one of the most disgruntled soon-to-be former members. It’s such BULL! Such RUBBISH! I rather pay twice the price for an item as long as I get good customer service. But, I refuse to pay for an item and get treated like my purchases aren’t appreciated. #girlbye #byefabletics

    This is fraudulent! They should have given notice before making changes. I am definitely going to cancel my membership after being a member for many years. TAKE NOTE FABLETICS, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER YOUR CUSTOMERS.

    So disappointed with my dealings with this company. Totally false advertising you buy your first outfit for £22 great then a month later another unauthorised payment for £44 goes out my account. This is a mistake surely? I call to let them know and they say that’s the deal and that I can’t get my money back and that the £44 that was unauthorised by me is in a fab account waiting to be spent on my next outfit. Surely that’s my decision whether I want to put £44 in a fab account or whether I want it to buy my groceries or clothes for my children! The assistant on the phone just talks over me and was rude refusing to help. False advertising is against the law and I certainly shan’t be using this web site again. Shame as I was a big fan of Kate Hudson but now I feel like I’ve been conned!!

    The Rewards Program changed and it screwed me over! I have been saving my points for months to reward myself for a workout goal I accomplished this month, and that option has been removed. I accrued my points before the program changed. I don’t feel like giving these people money any longer. I will for sure be telling all of my yoga buddies at the studio, swim friends at the pool, and running mates at the gym. We all loved Fabletics, but there are plenty of other options.

    TeresaInTN Fabletics I am sorry @Teresaln! this happened to me too just now! I wanted to reward myself for finishing 40 miles of swimming, and have been saving my points since January to get a free outfit. Total let down. I am going to cancel my membership too. Bummer.

    so i decided i would at least try to use my 2000 accrued points before closing my account, but of course they don’t have anything in my size left in the very limited group of items to choose from. i guess i can get some headbands (don’t wear them) or thongs (don’t wear them either) or a wrist pouch (?).

    I wish I had read some of these posts….so far THIS COMPANY IS FALSE ADVERTISING.  I am hoping that once I am FINALLY able to reach a customer service agent who will help, this will be corrected.  I checked out the website after hearing about it and saw the offer for only $25 for first outfit. I signed up for newsletter to get offer verification.  I clicked through the email, and went to check out, but it charged me 50% NOT $25.  I tried 4 times to email, got no confirmation it went through, it just went back to the blank form to fill out.  I tried to do a chat session, but it’s closed (even though it says Chat Now)  If this is not corrected I am just cancelling the account.  The outfits are super cute, but not worth such poor service and FALSE ADVERTISING.  If this isn’t corrected, I am filing a complaint on this company, and also going to all media forms to tell people not to sign up.  I love Kate Hudson, and I’m sure if she knew about this she would be appalled. (At least I certainly hope she would be!)

    Wow. I just read these posts and I kind of have to laugh. Everyone is so dramatic. “False advertising! You should be ashamed! I lost some rewards points!”  The thing is, they tell you your total before you pay. You just have to read. Read. Read. Ladies, read the fine print. Always always read the fine print. Rewards programs always reserve the right to change the program at anytime. And it’s always written somewhere. Sure it is frustrating. I would be irritated too if I lost my points. But you are buying workout clothes. Lets keep it in perspective

    I’m pretty upset that they changed their reward program, too. I was saving to reach 1000 points so I can a free outfit. I never received an email about this change. When I signed up for Fabletics, I was calculating the free outfit into the average cost per item I’d be spending there.

    It’s disappointing that basic colors of basics (like the Salar Capri) are not available. Please stop showing items/colors that aren’t even available. Go ahead and offer the latest and greatest styles, but PLEASE also carry the basics on a regular basis.

    I just wrote Fabletics something about my disappointment in the points program change. I am sure the change was made because it was getting too expensive. I am disappointed because I don’t like anything that they have available or I already have it. Not a great way to reward your VIP Gold customers.
