    I love the top in the first picture! Will this be available? Any knickers being brought out? Also, will you be adding a silicone strip around the inside of your fitted run/gym shorts to keep from riding up like my cycling shorts have? I love the shorts but not if I have to adjust every mile. Hill training is hard enough but when you have to fully extend your leg to climb and then pull down shorts too…the silicone would be such a great touch. I CANT WAIT TILL MAY…TOORROW!

    I was disapointed with my purchase as the site states first order is $25.00. I was charged 49.00 on my credit card after I hit enter. I use the purchase but its not a 50 dollar outfit, it is a lot less than I expected. and returning it would be more $$ on shipping. I have asked for a partial refund but to no avail. linkarenak@yahoo.com

    Please, please, please consider carrying some of your capri workout pants in talls! I love your material and fit but the length is too short for a 6′ tall person. I know there is a market for this as Lulu and Athleta carry talls–I just like your material better than theirs!!

    SadieRadons I am pretty sure that all return shipping is paid for you just need to contact and get them to send you the shipping labels. Also are you in Canada? That would be why the price was more because the prices are in USD on the site and it converts to CAD when purchased. If not I’m not sure why it would have charged more. Just a customer.

    I like the upcoming styles, but I’m disappointed that I continue to receive emails promoting great looks that are completely sold out. I understand the brand is popular, but many items have only been out for one month and are sold out. I wouldn’t have an issue with that (although I’d still be disappointed I can’t make a purchase that I’d like to make), except the items are continually being promoted via email with multiple emails a month. This seems like false advertising. When I emailed the support team, I received a very generic response. I’m hopeful that my most recent follow-up to that exchange is addressed. Hopefully I can pull the trigger on a purchase early enough in May to have one of my top 3 choices still available. I love the one outfit I’ve purchased so far!

    It is very frustrating to join a club and constantly receive emails only to find that they NEVER have the size or color you want! Please fix this. Also, when you live in houston, you do not WANT to be wearing pants very often may through november so more shorts and a little longer shorts and skirts. It’s not appropriate to be running errands with with such revealing attire. Your clothes really are beautiful and well made, but a few more choices would be great!

    I agree I will stop my membership soon if sizes are not available, I just exchanged a complete outfit for a larger size Med and when I received my exchange I only received the TOP, the pants and headband? were credited to my account.
    I’m just tired of trying to fix everyone else’s short comings, get right the first time.

    Everytime I try to pick my first outfit, all my choices are sold out.Very frustrating! Add more product to most common/popular sizes.

    I love the clothes more than lulu but get frustrated when the tall lengths are sold out.  The fabrics and designs are great.  Would love to see more workout shorts with a little longer length, also some tight fitting shorts with a larger short overtop. Keep up the great work and think of your taller clients.

    I find that my size of comfort varies when spandex is in the fabric as my regular street clothing size choices are more based on bust, waist and hips. I want to get a top that matches a bottom previously bought (grey w/hot poppy) but fear that it won’t be available as I shop tomorrow or the next few days.

    I have tried every month to buy an outfit and every month at least one piece is sold out and I try to get to the site immediately when new styles come out. So disappointing. I gave up after last month but may try one more time to snag an outfit I like. If I can’t, I am just going to cancel my membership.

    In agreement with others….the sold out sizes so early after introduction is very frustrating. I’ve held on for a year but am considering cancelling my membership for this reason.

    Funny.  Everyone is asking for talks.  I have the opposite problem.  I buy the tops and they practically go down to my knees.  I am 5’2″ tall.  On the website, the tops say they are “hip length”.  Well, hip length for me may be different than someone who is 5’8″ +.  I wish they gave the actual LENGTH of the tops.  They give the length of the bottoms.  Why can’t they give both?  I love the black and white top above, but how long is it going to be on me???

    I agree with others as far as the availability of some sizes.  The style/color I like is not always available in the size I would like.  It can get frustrating.

    I agree that it’s very frustrating dealing with immediately sold out items.  I saw Kate Hudson on the cover of Shape in really cute camo leggings.  I saw that it was made by Fabletics, which I had never heard of before.  I went onto your website immediately and didn’t see the leggings offered, so I called to ask about the leggings.  I was told that they must be sold out since they weren’t being offered on the site.  I found this odd since you would think that if certain items were being featured on the cover of a national magazine, you would make sure that you had a surplus of those particular items available due to a supposed and expected increase in demand.  

    The customer service person who I spoke with wasn’t sure if it would be offered again and only told me to call back May 1st to see.  I don’t see these leggings in the sneak peek, so I’m holding out little hope that you all are bringing them back.  And even smaller hope that I will be able to snag them before they get sold out again, even if they are restocked!

    It seems from perusing other comments in this blog, that you all have a major inventory problem.  Please do some analysis and fix your inventory problem or you will have customers leaving in droves, and that would be a shame.  I asked around to my friends and most of them had heard of your company – most had heard it was a good product but had supply issues.  I’ll look on the site this weekend but am hoping that your company will address these inventory issues.  Thanks.

    @Bella well at least you got refunded. I sent back an XL pant because I ordered a Medium and they sent the wrong thing. Also sent back the vest (totally different color than computer showed) and a sports bra that didn’t fit right. All I wanted was a store credit so they didn’t take out the fee for asking it back, and instead they gave me a $12 for the sports bra, but NOTHING ELSE. I contacted customer service on the phone and they assured me that I would get a credit on my account for the other 2 items in 4-8 business days. I then went back to customer service, this time through chat as the phone call took almost 20 minutes to get a rep, and the guy I got was rude, aggravating, and did not help at all. I copy and pasted the conversation word for word and sent it to the “contact us” being like this how you treat “loyal members” and didn’t even get a response back. I know now not to purchase something unless I have already purchased the style before because the return service is RIDICULOUS. I still haven’t gotten my money back, but I don’t think Fabletics gives a flying hoot about my $45. I wish another website would pop up with cute workout gear cause I would switch in a heartbeat.

    So glad it’s not just me!!! The products on this website are great but the customer service and business side is TERRIBLE! This is the last month I will look for a cute outfit in my size, or I am also cancelling my membership!

    SadieRadons sorry to hear that, i like the quality of Fabletics workout wear, and the print and styles are very nice and fashion forward. i can never find anything like that at Walmart, well I shop at Target. But the hassle with their customer service is very off-putting.

    I have had to skip the past 6 months or so because the style I want gets sold out in my size within the first day or so before I even log o n to decide if I want to buy or skip. It is frustrating because I have points from last summer that will expire soon if I don’t use them up and the stuff isn’t ever in my size.

    Yeah, boom! Offered, and then my size sells out before I even know it. That is so frustrating, as I really enjoy the outfits that I receive in my size. If you really want your business great, you would carry enough stock to make as many customers that you have pleased. Come on Kate, get with the program.

    The items are cute and I’ve been a member for 4 months. I was charged and have had a credit on my account for the past 3 months and have yet to use the credit because I can not find anything I like in my size. Im also afraid to be charged again.. Im thinking I may cancel once I use my credit because I don’t like to have the anxiety of having to remember if I skipped or not when I have other priorities at the beginning of each month.

    Wow! I feel the same as most of you,! Love the product but find it RIDICULOUS that I have to get up early on the first of the month, cross my fingers and hope my size is available. REALLY??? So disappointing, and I am also ready to jump ship. I’ve spoken to customer service and emailed my concerns, but the company doesn’t care obviously if this many people are having the same problem.

    I concur with all of these comments.,the items arevalwaysvsold out. I ordered assesories with my credit but they charged my card, I also placed an order of an outfit that was yet to be released a month ago, but nothing. They are leaving a lot of money on the table.

    Its a let down to shop and find several if not all your picks SOLD OUT in your size…constantly.
    I am waiting for re-stock of my sizes to fulfil a mthly charge I failed to skip …. disappointing experience.
    Is it a marketing strategy to force your customers to buy quick or lose out? If so…the company may end up LOSING its loyal customers….

    I am absolutely LOVING the black/white combo!! I really couldn’t decide between Coastal Prairie or Naples – so I got both! I haven’t had much problem getting my picks in my sizes except when I tried to order something that’s been out for awhile. NBD. My 4th month & loving it so far; great option for people like me who have absolutely no time to shop in brick & mortar stores.

    I was up at 5:30am and most of the new outfits didn’t even get to the Canadian website at all. No Thousand Island Outfit, in fact only a small portion of the look book was ever available. Why even show it to us if you aren’t going to even put it up on the website. I’m really annoyed.

    Hi I just joined yesterday and my first order sure wasn’t 25 bucks either, it also ended up like 40 or 50 I’m just disappointed as I was so excited to join! I know the rest to come will cost a little, but their so cute and look like their worth it; I hope I’m not wrong. I’m not asking my daughter to join for sure, I’ll just buy her some. I may even cancel if I end up with sizing issues like eveyone is saying?
