Single Stair Pyramid Push-ups
Climb each step and when you reach the top do 10 push ups. Go back down and up the stairs again, when you get to the top do 9 push ups. Keep going until you have zero push ups to do.
Advanced move: If you would like even more of a challenge, keep climbing back up to 10 push ups after you have completed the descending round.
Double Step Butt Lift
Climb every other step and do 3 back leg lifts, that target your glutes and then continue to ascend the stairs until you get to the top. Run down the stairs and repeat for 3-5 minutes.
Advanced move: Do 2-5 burpees each time you run to the bottom of the stairs.
Alternating Lateral Kicks
Climb each step sideways and kick. Switch sides and repeat to the top of the stairs. Run down the stairs and repeat for 3-5 minutes.
Advanced move: Do 20 jumping jacks at the top of the stairs before going back down for another round. (not shown)
