#FitFor2: Pregnancy Tips for Expectant Mothers

by

Since this is my fourth pregnancy, I know a thing or two about being pregnant. Each one of my pregnancies has been different, and as a result, I’ve learned lessons from each one.  Based on personal experience, here are some of my favorite tips for expectant mothers:

  • If you’re thinking about getting pregnant, start working out beforehand so that you have a good fitness foundation in place. Not only does exercise help you maintain flexibility and prepare you for labor, but it also makes bouncing back easier. Maintaining my exercise routine during pregnancy made me feel 100% better than when I didn’t.
  • I find that eating healthy, regular meals and taking prenatal vitamins before bed and/or with a full stomach helps me to take the edge off first trimester nausea.
  • A light activity such as walking is a great way for moms of all fitness levels to stay active, especially in the uncomfortable third trimester.

This new Salar Crop isn’t showing up on the Canadian siteU0001f622I suppose it will show up mid-month as a pre-order. I am still waiting for my May pre-order items….would be good to get the summer items now and not have them delayed a month or so

No problem! I’m a bit disappointed that they’re on preorder though. Hopefully they won’t be for too long.

Do you have tops and bras that are easy to breastfeed in? I’m finding it difficult to find any anywhere!

Hi Renee, thank you for taking interest in our styles. At this time we do not offer styles designed for nursing however, I’ll be sure to share your feedback with the rest of the team for future consideration. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with. – Thomas A.

Thanks, doesn’t need to be breastfeeding specific, even a normal crop that you can adjust the straps so you can loosen them
