A Paloma is a local favorite in Mexico on a hot day. It’s traditionally made with grapefruit soda, but I am putting a fresh spin on it. My version cuts calories and reduces the sugar. Plus, by using fresh grapefruit juice you get the added benefits of vitamin C and potassium along with tons of other vitamins and minerals.
2 ounces Blanco Tequila
6 ounces fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
½ ounce lime juice
¼ – ½ cup Sparkling mineral water
