8 to Great: A Killer Body-Weight Workout


[tps_header]You can get a killer workout, keep your heart rate up and build strength by using your bodyweight against gravity. No weights or fancy fitness toys are needed, which makes this workout super easy to do anywhere at any time, NO EXCUSES! Read on for 8 of my favorite moves to get you in shape.

Warm up for five minutes. You can jump rope, walk, jog, or dance. Do 3-4 sets of each move for about 12-15 reps (approx. 25-30 seconds) [/tps_header]

squats | Fabletics blogSquat with Kick– This move is great for working the butt and lower body.  When you squat, pretend you are sitting in a chair, never letting your knees roll past your toes.. Squat down as far as you can and then spring up and kick out to the side.  Each time you come up choose a different side to kick to.
