If you like to run, hike, or bike outdoors with your significant other, this workout is perfect for the two of you! Here are some cardio drills to crank up your heart rate, burn fat, and build endurance! You’ll need two medicine balls of the same weight and either cones or anything you can find to use as markers for a few drills. Be sure to warm-up before beginning your workout.[/tps_header]
1. Squat Hold with High Knees: One partner will hold a low squat with arms extended in front of the shoulders while the other partner does high knees, always touching the partners hands with their knees. Do for 30-45 seconds with a 15-30 second rest while you switch positions.
