2. Forward Jumps with Lateral Shuffle: Set up 5-6 cones in a straight line about 3 feet apart. With one partner on the left side of the cones and one partner on the right side of the cones, jump together to each cone. When you get to the end do a lateral shuffle back to the beginning then switch sides and repeat.
