4. Combo Plank Walk: Set up 2 cones about 5-6 feet apart. Beginning at cone 1 with both partners facing each other in a high plank, plank walk laterally to cone 2. Once you get to cone 2, do 8 alternating hand slaps. Once you complete your hand slaps, plank walk back to cone 1. Once you reach cone 1 stop and do 8 mountain climbers. Repeat 2-3x.
