7. Push-up Roll: In a plank position, face your partner. Each partner will begin with their right hand on a medicine ball and left hand on the ground. Now do a pushup and then roll the ball forward to your partner and complete another push-up, this time with your left hand on the medicine ball and right hand on the ground. Do 12-16 pushups.
Repeat this circuit as many times as you and your sweetie agree upon!
