It is one the best sports to play in your youth, as it instills the value of teamwork, determination, metal fortitude, and hard work early on. And let’s be honest, the athletic skill and execution that is expected each and every time you lace up is no joke. I was in the best shape of my life when I was playing soccer 6 days a week for hours on end.

Squats
Start in a wide stance with toes turned out. Squat to the center, stand up, pivot your feet to the left, and lunge down. Pivot back to the center for a sumo squat and repeat on the right side.
Inchworm Walkout
Begin standing, hinge from the hips, and walk the hands into a plank. Stabilize the core and keep hips in line with the shoulders as you lift the left foot and place outside of the left hand. Hold for 3 – 5 seconds. Step the foot back to plank and repeat on the right side.
Do each move for an entire minute, 2 rounds
