Lateral Lunge with Rotation

Start standing and lunge to the left, bending the left knee while keeping the right leg straight. Then, rotate the torso over the left knee. As you push off the left foot, bring the left knee directly behind the right ankle for a tight curtsey lunge. Come back to standing and repeat on the right side.

High Knees to Skaters

Start standing and sprint with high knees 4 times. Then, quickly transition into 3 hopping skaters.

Do each move for an entire minute, 2 rounds

This is a great addition to the site!  Might I suggest videos instead of photos, though?

It would be really helpful to have 2-3 pictures to show the transitions as I can't figure some of them out or when you have words like "skaters" hyperlink it to a definition or a link that shows what it means ...
