Lateral Lunge with Rotation
Start standing and lunge to the left, bending the left knee while keeping the right leg straight. Then, rotate the torso over the left knee. As you push off the left foot, bring the left knee directly behind the right ankle for a tight curtsey lunge. Come back to standing and repeat on the right side.
High Knees to Skaters
Start standing and sprint with high knees 4 times. Then, quickly transition into 3 hopping skaters.
Do each move for an entire minute, 2 rounds
