Begin in a runners lunge on the ground, driving through the back leg to pull the back knee in and up into the chest with an explosive hop. Rest and repeat on the same side for 30 seconds and switch.

Do this move for an entire minute, 2 rounds

It would be really helpful to have 2-3 pictures to show the transitions as I can't figure some of them out or when you have words like "skaters" hyperlink it to a definition or a link that shows what it means ...
