Sumo Squat

Start in a low sumo squat stance and move your feet as fast as possible. Every 5 – 10 seconds, bob and weave right and left, then, come back to your feet.

Do this move for an entire minute, 2 rounds

 

Bonus move: Plank Sprints

Start in plank and bring your knee to your chest.  Switch sides as fast you can and keep your back flat.

It would be really helpful to have 2-3 pictures to show the transitions as I can't figure some of them out or when you have words like "skaters" hyperlink it to a definition or a link that shows what it means ...
