6 Moves to Acheive a Strong Core

The following circuit targets the love handle area by raising your heart rate at the same time. Your goal is to get through as many rounds as you can handle within 20 minutes. Give me 20 minutes of everything you’ve got and remember that no masterpiece was ever created by a lazy artist. You are a masterpiece, so get to work![/tps_header]

20 x Windshield Wipers

  • Lie on your back with your feet straight in the air and your hands out to the side.
  • Lower your legs to one side as low as you can handle, then bring them back to the top. Repeat on the other side.
