Week 2: Cardio Legs Workout
5 minutes jump rope option high knees
30 squat jumps (alternating legs)
2 minutes squat front kicks (alternating legs)
2 minutes burpees
2 minutes jumping jacks
2 minutes single leg side squats (alternating legs)
2 minutes pitter-patter quick feet (think Flashdance!)
Repeat the workout 2x (30 +/- min workout)
2-3x during week 2
