Fuel Up: Quick and Easy Recipes

overnight oats

Overnight Oats:

½ cup Rolled Oats
½ cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 tsp. Chia Seeds
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Almond Butter
1 tsp. of your favorite spice (cinnamon, chai, pumpkin pie, etc.)
Mix together all ingredients & leave in the fridge overnight. When you’re ready to eat, top with your choice of fresh fruits & nuts
