This boot camp quickie will tone your entire body by working all muscle groups in less than 10 minutes and leave you feeling strong and energized. All you’ll need is a medicine ball or a 5-8 pound weight. Repeat 1 to 3 times through.[/tps_header]
High Kick Squat
This combo will instantly fire up your legs, glutes and core. Begin with feet hip-distance apart, toes facing forward. Bend at the knees as you lower into a squat, keeping shoulders back and chest lifted. Press through your heels as you rise back to standing and perform a high kick to the right. Return to a squat and repeat 8-10 times before switching to the other side.
